When an on-going collaboration is established, we apply the minimum professional rate applied in the practice of law in cases that are not won.
We also foresee the possibility to stipulate an annual agreement for out-of-court consulting and assistance services.
In any case, our fees are based on the results. We think this is the best way to work in the clients’ interest.
